Alignment & Execution of Business Plan:
Manage the implementation plans for the assigned stores including detailing and implementing the following (working with other stakeholders as appropriate):
subsequent hiring
Acquisition & fit-out of premises
Service delivery standards
Manage/lead assigned stores to fulfill objectives set by management
Perform the authorization role as granted by management and whenever required
Maintain a highest level of knowledge and information about the bank's products, procedures and policies.
Leadership
Support the retail banking organizational culture and relevant performance measures (service oriented with high quality and staff manage - performance driven)
Operate a robust feedback, mentoring and coaching model
Ensure achievement of agreed service quality KPIs
Ensure any complaint handled as the agreed standard .
Strategy & Business Planning
Responsible for day-to-day control of budget management and performance issues of allocated stores.
Regular reporting to Area Management on Established performance measures & whenever required.
Innovation
Contribute actively to a culture of innovation leading to a market leadership position in the 'technophile' segment.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure day to day store compliance with all regulatory and operational risk control requirements, including those related to HR and privacy
