HSE Officer Mar 4th 2013, 06:17 Establish a HSE Management System that is compliant with OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001/2004, monitor compliance with the HSE management system. Key Tasks: a. Implement ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 HSE requirements b. Prepare a monthly HSE Inspection Plan for distribution to all concerned departments. c. Perform internal and external inspections and record findings d. Prepare the HSE Inspection Report for office sites and for external work sites, and forward to the Senior Management, concerned Heads of Department, and/or Project Manager for necessary action. e. Verify the effectiveness of the CAPA and close out the CAR/PAR. f. Prepare a quarterly HSE inspection summary report for review by Senior Management and further action if required. g. Lead the HSE committee in performing risk assessment and determine the control measures. h. Assist with the development of Objective Management Plans after initial risk assessment against HSE objectives, as set by the HSE Committee i. Assist with the review of risk assessment findings semi-annually or as required.
