An Organisation coordinating an event which will have long-term legacy benefits for Qatar, and the Middle East, is looking for Arabic Speaking Personal Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to a Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Time/diary management
Attending to and managing all visitors to the Director.
Attending to all telephone calls of the Director and maintain a note of all and follow-up actions as required.
Organizing of meetings, Preparation of meetings and Minute taking
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements
Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters
Letter writing & translation
Responding to urgent requests
Organizing and preparing documents
Follows up on a variety of matters, information and action requested by the Director and various other tasks
Ensure absolute confidentiality of all matters that goes through the Directors office.
