Promote workplace safety and proper corporate etiquette
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, management or other meetings
Expected to travel within Libya and abroad as required by the company.
Responsible for issuing employee and office memos
Maintain a comprehensive database of employee leaves, absences, lateness and corporate travel, meeting & event schedules
Maintain a comprehensive database of employee log in/out schedules
Establish, organize and supervise the maintenance of department records, including Employee Files, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide professional advice and guidance to internal employees on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
Contribute to the development and/or implementation of functional and/or corporate projects in order to support the on-going development of HR provision and standards.
Assist the company regularly and consistently in order to get correct and objective feedback on employees' performance, capabilities, potential and problematic issues.
Spot-check different departments ensuring they are meeting standards expressed by the company, including image portrayed, cleanliness, company values
Advise the Group HR department on the needs and requirements of employees such as training sessions, language courses and any other operationally beneficial educational activities.
Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines so that the company fulfils all legislative reporting requirements.
Ensure the execution of all required National Social Security Fund (NSSF) registrations and requests
Compile and collect data from corporate records and prepare consolidated reports such as handbooks and directories
Collect, consolidate, and publish all required employee data from relevant HBG contacts in a comprehensive format
Enter and update candidate/employee information on the firm's Employment Data Sheet
Liaise with other HR Supervisors and HR Coordinators in HBG based on the requests of the Group HR department
Solid knowledge of company's policies and procedures; they must be able to share relevant policies with employees when required
Identify and implement relevant required labor laws as per the needs of the department
Assists in recruitment screening as requested by the Deputy CHRO
Place job adverts in publications, websites, and university recruitment sites, for entry level and middle management posts for Libya
Responsible for leading, guiding, training and developing the HR Coordinators.
