Build and operate a WEEE recycling facility, he will be responsible for overseeing this process. At this stage the design of the facility is at concept level; it will be the job of the WEEE Plant Manager to deliver and operate this project.
1.To manage all aspects of the design, construction and operation of the WEEE recycling plant.
2.To finalise the design of both the mechanical plant and the associated civil works.
3.To procure all necessary equipment and infrastructure to deliver the project within budget.
4.To prepare an aggressive schedule for the completion of the project.
5.To manage the tender process, ensuring that it is fair and transparent.
6.To manage construction of the facility and ensure that it is delivered on time and within budget.
7.To ensure that all regulatory requirements such as licences and permits are obtained in a timely manner.
8.To oversee the commissioning of the plant and optimist operation.
9.To work with the H.R Department to recruit staff for the project.
10.To prepare and implement operating, HS&E, maintenance and training manuals for the plant.
11.To produce production reports and forecasts and other operational statistics for the plant.
12.To plan for the future development of the plant.
