Macro manage all aspects of Auto Parts Sales operations, including the day-to-day operation of Sales branches.
Provide guidance and direction to the Branch Managers and regularly meet with them for coordination, problem solving and planning purposes.
Review and investigate serious Branch problems and Prepare correspondence on parts sales issues on the area as required.
Confer with company officials, and other concerned parties on Branch operations problems, procedures, and requirements while recommending or initiating appropriate actions.
Analyze current and long term branches requirements and provide plans for meeting requirements and improving operations.
Assist in meeting the management plans by developing objectives for the entire area under his responsibility.
Assist the National Sales Manager in the handling of day-to-day problems, and act as a resource person on management and operations questions.
Evaluate the Branch Managers performance and makes recommendations to the management regarding personnel under his supervision.
Advise the management and manage the area's budgetary needs.
Coordinate a review of the area's management efficiency.
Act as liaison between the company and branches and the community, interpreting activities and policies and encouraging participants.
