Service Engineer – Medical Line Aug 22nd 2013, 05:37 Purpose of Job: Installation, Repairing and Preventive Maintenance of medical equipment and coordinate with sales representative for the equipment issues and concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Installation, Repairing and Preventive Maintenance of Medical Equipment. 2. Responsible for the follow up of maintenance service contracts with MOH, Private and any Semi-Governmental institutions assigned to them by the supervisor. 3. Submission of quarterly maintenance report on time while aiming to increases percentage through proper channels. 4. Attending breakdown call during duty hours as instructed by the service coordinator or the supervisor. 5. Attending emergency breakdown call during off duty hours as instructed by supervisor. 6. Assist the division in maximizing revenue by way of new service contracts, sales of spare parts and billing non contractual clients. 7. Maybe assigned sales tasks from time to time within the medical field.
