Manager (FAP Onshore Sub-Project) - Brunel Energy Sep 19th 2013, 06:46 Our Client is a LNG Operator has an immediate requirement for: Manager (FAP Onshore Sub-Project) Job Purpose: To ensure that assigned FAP EPC2 Onshore Contract is delivered in a timely and effective manner in accordance with business objectives. Key Result Areas: - Develop and implement plans, budgets and forecasts to ensure that FAP EPC2 Onshore is delivered in accordance, with Company corporate objectives. - Monitor, manage and influence the activities of contractors performing engineering, procurement and construction work, to ensure compliance with project objectives and contractual requirements. - Negotiate with contractors to ensure that contested change orders are resolved effectively in accordance with project and Company objectives. - Develop and implement plans to ensure that the handover of facilities takes place in a timely and effective manner to support safe and productive operations. - Lead and direct the implementation of systems, procedures and controls to ensure that the Onshore Project Team operates in accordance with Company corporate standards. - Contribute towards the development of systems, procedures and controls to facilitate the process of continuous improvement and best practice service delivery. - Ensure that the FAP EPC2 PMT operates within appropriate standards for heath, safety and the environment in compliance with COMPANY (Company Elements of Excellence). - Ensure that the resources (people, finance & other) and capability of the FAP EPC2 PMT are appropriate and managed effectively to support the achievement of objectives. - Ensure that personnel within FAP (Direct Hires & Secondees) EPC2 PMT are provided with appropriate training, mentoring and development so they achieve their full potential to facilitate the building of team capability.
