About the Job:
Reporting to the Lead Global Cargo Customer Service Officer, your role is to enhance the customer service provided by QR Cargo department and to have a quick point of contact for queries, information and concerns.
You will assist the Customer service officer in all the functional and administrative responsibilities to provide a positive customer experience and for resolving queries within our stated service level.
You will be handling inquiries/problems encountered by QR Cargo clients and liaise with the necessary relevant sub units of the cargo department in order to communicate clearly with the clients of QR with regards to QR operational deficiencies and will be required to coordinate with cargo operations team and cargo space control team in order to respond to queries on shipments and report the same to the clients/agents who require feedback on the same.
You will produce weekly reports and forward the same to the Cargo Services network manager.
About You:
You will need to hold a Bachelors degree and a certificate in computer applications - MS Office is a must. A minimum of 2 years job related experience is required. Customer service and interpersonal skills is essential.
Knowledge of Cargo reservation and tracking system, overall cargo operations and set up is necessary. You will need to have a very good command in English.Arabic speaking skills will be an advantage.
