PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Graduates Academy for Sales is a sales training program. It is an intensive, accelerated program for recent university graduates consisting of 6 months of classroom training combined with shadowing and mentoring of SAP's most successful sales individuals in Germany interspersed with 3 months of classroom training on-site in Dublin, California (USA).
During this highly structured curriculum, you will focus on business fundamentals which will provide a strong foundation for a sales profession. Skills will be developed in the SAP sales methodology, value-based selling techniques, presentation delivery, deal structuring, negotiation skills, and SAP solutions. You will also have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate key skills in project management, business acumen, effective teamwork, and executive-level communication and SAP values. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be integrated directly into the SAP Sales organization, having built pipeline and fully engaged in active sales cycles.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
After 9-month training program you will be integrated in a customer-facing role responsible for driving sales strategy and planning for their designated territory, which includes prospects, and customers to generate pipeline and revenue quota attainment. Through effective account and customer relationship management, you will also identify and qualify opportunities - deepening partnerships and developing prospects. You will collaborate with various specialists within the sales organization including, but not limited to Product/Solution Specialists, Presales Solution Engineers, Virtual Account Team members, Sales Operations Specialists, Partners etc. to improve customer engagements that set SAP apart from the competition.
