Coordinate & provide HR activities including staff relations, recruitment and administration to employees as required…etc.
• Co-ordinate with candidates and internal staff responsible for conducting interviews to ensure that time-tabling, travel arrangements and all other selection related logistics are arranged effectively.
• Must be highly experienced in all Governmental web sites such as Absher, GOSI, MOL, etc..
• Must be highly knowledgeable of the Labour Law.
• Provide any relevant needed service to staff and the newly joined staff.
• Communicate with Departments and staff to understand their HR requirements to ensure that HR activity is optimised to meet their needs.
• Provide administration and general support for the delivery of HR-related works such as personnel, recruitment & staffing…etc.
• Prepare all hiring documentations
• Provide assistance to any HR assignments and projects from time to time to ensure that all people-related issues
• Undertake and complete administrative duties associated with the Department to ensure that processes operate smoothly and comply with procedures.
• Carry out required support activities . setting up schedules, phone/email communications with Departments, etc.
• Arrange and provide the needed support for HR events . joining instructions, booking of facilities, to ensure smooth delivery of HR projects/programs.
